If you have forgotten your password or username, don't worry.  It is easy to reset your password and you can do it right now!  All you need is your email address.  If you don't remember the email address you used contact us and tell us your real name.  We will send your username and new password to your email address.

The encryption method used to store your password in our database (called MD5) is referred to as one-way compression because it can only be used to encrypt a password.  It cannot decrypt the password once it has been stored.  This means no one, not even the Tradiator staff, can get a lost password.  When you log in, the password you enter is encrypted and compared to the encrypted password stored in the database.  For this reason your password must be reset.  Follow the instructions above to change your password to anything you want.
